When will my order be processed?
We process all orders within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is being processed.
How long does shipping take?
After processing, delivery within the United States typically takes 4–6 business days. The total estimated delivery time is 5–8 business days. Visit our Shipping Policy for full details.
Is shipping free?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within the United States.
What is your order cut-off time?
Orders placed before 4:00 PM (EDT / GMT-4), Monday through Friday, are eligible for next-business-day processing.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email. You can also check the latest status on our Order Tracking page.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@starnovajewels.com. We will do our best to update your address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started.
What is your return policy?
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, undamaged, and in original condition with all original packaging and tags still attached. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Can I return earrings or pierced jewelry?
For health and hygiene reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are non-returnable unless they arrive defective or damaged. This applies to all studs, hoops, drop earrings, and similar pierced items.
How do I start a return?
- Email us at support@starnovajewels.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our confirmation and return instructions by email.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to our returns address.
- Share your tracking number with us once shipped.

Are return shipping costs covered?
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost. In all other cases, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Estimated domestic return shipping costs range from $4 to $18 depending on carrier and package weight.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 3–7 business days for your bank to process the transaction.
Can I return custom or personalized jewelry?
Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they arrive defective or not as described.
What types of jewelry do you sell?
Starnova Jewels offers a range of modern jewelry including bracelets, earrings, anklets, necklaces, rings, and jewelry sets — designed for everyday elegance.
Do colors and finishes look exactly as shown online?
We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting, or production tolerances. These do not constitute a defect.
Do your products come with a warranty?
We do not currently offer a separate commercial warranty. However, if your item arrives defective or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right. Your statutory rights as a consumer remain fully unaffected.

Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted providers compliant with PCI-DSS. Our site is protected by a valid SSL certificate. We never store your full card or payment details.
What currency are your prices in?
All prices are listed and charged in USD ($). Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.
What should I do if my payment is declined?

What should I do if my item arrives damaged or defective?
Contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@starnovajewels.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
What if my parcel is undeliverable?
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, return and re-shipping costs may be deducted from your refund where applicable.
