Packaging
All Starnova Jewels orders are carefully packaged to protect your jewelry during transit. Items are shipped in protective jewelry packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
If your outer packaging appears damaged upon arrival but your jewelry is intact, this is not cause for concern. If the jewelry itself is damaged, please contact us immediately at support@starnovajewels.com.
Taxes & Duties
For deliveries within the United States, applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address and applicable state tax laws.
No additional import duties or customs fees apply for domestic US orders.
Address Changes
If you need to update your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@starnovajewels.com.
We will do our best to accommodate the change, but cannot guarantee updates once an order has been processed or dispatched.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect, we reserve the right to deduct any return and re-shipping costs from the applicable refund amount.
